Job Description

Lucas Group has partnered with an expanding company in the Oil and Gas industry. They are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Manager to join their team to help grow their national profile and sales.

COMPANY:

Our client has been purchasing gas and mineral rights from landowners nationwide for nearly 30 years, and have helped over 40,000 landowners by buying their rights and putting money in their pocket. They have paid out over 200 million in royalties over that time, and are looking to work with even more landowners over the next 5 years. They have been consistently and steadily growing sales year after year, and have a roadmap to even greater growth and opportunity on the horizon. With this expansion they are seeking an experienced and hungry Senior Inside Sales Manager to join the team.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Senior Inside Sales Manager, your focus will be contacting potential clients across the country to explain the benefits of selling their gas and mineral rights. You will move the process forward through building rapport and trust. If you’re a self-starter, self-driven, and would like to earn a salary plus completely uncapped commissions while making a difference in people’s lives, this is the opportunity for you.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 - 6 years successful inside sales management experience
  • Please do not apply if you have less than 3 years inside sales experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • BA preferred but work experience is sufficient
  • Self starter/self motivated

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
  • Full benefits package including 401k.
