Job Description

Kelly Services is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate for one of their customers in MT Laurel, NJ  to join their team for a 12 week temporary assignment with a possible extension. Shift: 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday Pay rate: $14.55/hr Job Responsibilities: Checking the data base and using an outside vendor application to enter in contact details (name, security id, etc) to check results to determine if the store needs to be contacted
Perform verification of identity of customers - owners of businesses- 
Run the verification process, if the customer does not verify, they will have telephone conversation and report back that they have not passed the validation- 
Must be able to make 25-30+ call/day -- Duration: 4-10 mins Qualifications: 1.) Previous admin experience in a corporate environment 2.) Computer savvy 3.) Attention to detail 4.) Strong MS office and Excel 5.) Excellent communication skills 6.) Telephone customer service skills NICE TO HAVE 1.)
