A financial services company located in New York City is actively seeking a dynamic and hardworking professional to join their staff as their new Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst. In this role, the Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst will be responsible for the  preparation of SEC/FINRA regulatory reports for multiple broker dealers.

Responsibilities

The Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst will:
  • Work on projects to assist business in understanding regulatory impact of new products
  • Provide schedules supporting calculations for internal and external auditors
  • Support strategic and tactical projects, including working with Operations to implement upgraded clearance and settlement systems
  • Help implement strategic technology builds and changes in reporting paradigms, including changes in reports as dictated by regulators
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 4-7+ years of related experience
  • Series 99
  • 15c3-1 and15c3-3 
  • Public advisory or private experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
