Seeking Ford Experienced Parts Manager
Parts Manager will enjoy the following benefits:

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Ford or Dealership Parts Management Experience Preferred
- Must pass Background Check, Drug Test, and Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Strong Inventory Management Skills
SUMMARY
Leads an efficient and profitable parts department through productive staffing, inventory management, cost controls, and achievement of gross objectives. Manager has responsibility to ensure all Stanley Auto Group policies and processes are followed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Forecasts, Objectives, and Budgets
- Understands forecast goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
- Participates in preparing an annual operating budget for the service department and executing actions required to meet or exceed budgets.
- Monitors and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys.
- Develops and implements a marketing plan to increase wholesale and counter business.
Inventory Management
- Ensures proper inventory management processes are in place to minimize obsolescence and theft.
- Ensures compliance with Company Parts Pricing Matrix Policy.
Customer Relations
- Ensures that all customers are handled in a professional manner.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Works closely with Service Manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.
- Closely follows Special Parts orders to ensure parts are picked up in a timely fashion or returned to manufacturer.
- Leads by example; consistently exhibits the vision and values of the Stanley Auto Group.
- Actively recruits, hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all service department staff.
- Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.
- Ensures consistent and clear communication through regularly scheduled department meetings.
Reporting / Compliance
- Maintains reporting systems required by general management and the factory.
- Serves as liaison with factory representatives.
- Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures.
- Ensures 100% attainment of all manufacturer required certifications by staff.
- Accounts for all documents; ensures that none are missing and all are processed correctly.
- Monitors employee performance reports and corresponding payroll records.
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
- Ensures the proper care, storage, and inventory of special tools.
- Ensures that the work areas and customer areas are kept clean.
- Maintains a safe work environment.

Education/Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Automobile Dealership Parts Manager Experience.
- Must Attain Manufacturer Certifications within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to effectively manage people and process.
- Computer savvy and strong proficiency with Microsoft and Excel product applications knowledge and dealership computer system applications.
Analytical mind to assess large amounts of information and data. Communicates clearly and persuasively. Leadership ability, self-confidence, motivation, decisiveness, flexibility, sound business judgment, and determination.
Physical Demands
Sitting or standing for long periods of time. Typically may bend, stoop, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed to support dealership operations.
