Experience Working in HR Dept.

Strong Communicator

HR Generalist experience

Experience working in larger organization

MANAGER NOTES

Anticipated Start Date: 5/12/19

o M-F, 40 hours, 8-5

o On site every day, not a remote role

o Office building has open desk space

Interviews will be scheduled for the beginning of next week

o Phone screens, followed by on-site with at least 2 team members

Ideal Candidate

o College Degree highly preferred

o Working experience in professional environment

- Manager looking for someone seasoned with 2-3 years of work experience

o Previous HR experience highly preferred

- HR assistant/generalist

o Someone who has experience in a larger organization, not a mom and pop shop

o Experience managing tickets/ticketing system

Soft Skills:

o Organized

o Strong communicator

o Attention to detail

o Strong English language

o Good judgement

Hard Skills:

o Proficiency in MS Office - specifically Excel

o Case management tools

o Ticketing tools
