Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The Franchise Business Analyst will report to the Director Franchise Operations and will create policy and procedure for the franchise operations group while taking ownership of the following areas: 1) Franchise analysis & recommendations 2) project management 3) technical writing and 4) operations administration. The key responsibilities and accountabilities within each of the following areas include:

1) Analysis & Recommendations

  • Analysis in support of key initiatives and preparation of related reports
  • Creating and maintaining financial models to track performance

2) Project Management

  • Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple ongoing projects in the candidate's work stream

3) Operations Administration

  • Key Performance Indicator development and reporting
  • Field compliance and accountability
  • Project sustainment
  • Maintain and Develop content of Sales Force CRM Franchise Management System
  • Coordination of Legal documents for franchise acquisitions, transfers and renewals
  • Manage Learning Management System LMS access for Franchise employees
  • Manage access privileges for applications requests and maintain database for logon credentials and process e-forms
  • Coordinate materials for meetings, profit review and conventions
  • Maintain and develop Internal website content

4) Technical Writing

  • Write policy and procedures for Franchise Operations

Professional Experience:

The ideal candidate would possess previous professional experience working in cross-functional teams, preferably in financial planning, analysis, project management, consulting, or banking.

Candidates for the role must demonstrate the following:

  • High analytical and strategic thinking capacity
  • Strong Business and Finance acumen
  • Detailed understanding of revenue and cost drivers pertaining to business modeling
  • Ability to query databases and generate meaningful reports from big data
  • A track record of collaboration and working in teams
