The role will start January 6th and go through likely the end of May, but could end any time in May depending on the project. These candidates needs to be locked up no later than end of November.
- Will be supporting the HEDIS project for BCBS. HEDIS stands for Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set.The Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) is a tool used by more than 90 percent of America's health plans to measure performance on important dimensions of care and service.
- Will be doing outbound faxes to medical groups
- Clerical processes of medical records
- Verify the phone numbers, and processes the medical records.
-They will be working with papers/records at all times, could be binding binders at times, filing, faxing, touching paper all day every single day.
- Could be answering the phones intermittently to collect documentation - doesn't need to have experience on the phone, just needs to be comfortable with talking on the phone if necessary.
- Some sort of experience with heavy back end processing role - ideally experience working with medical records and medical abstractions
- 2 years of clerical experience with adobe, excel, and word
- Need to have proficiency with Adobe, word, and excel - Heavy E-faxing skills, experience using Adobe to edit documents
- Near expert level of skills using Microsoft suite of products and advanced usage of computers.
