Oasis Staffing is currently seeking a customer service/Help Desk representative for our client located on the southside of Jacksonville. This position is a full time, long term temp position that is available immediately.This position requires a lot of follow up and attention to detail, scheduling appointments, answering questions about the company and directing customers to the appropriate department if the call needs to be escalated. Candidates for this position must have at least two years of customer service experience, be proficient in MS Office (specifically outlook and word), be tech savvy, have excellent listening and communication skills and pay close attention to detail. Candidate for this position will be required to pass a level 2 fingerprint background screening. Hours for the position will be Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm for a total of 40 hours per week.
