We have been in southern New Hampshire for over 3 decades, have been the largest electronics Contract Manufacturer in New England for 15+ years and are on the move upward again. You will be a key and valued member of the senior staff committed to continuing success. We operate 3 shifts with dedicated employees having an average tenure of 13+ years- they like working here. The opening exists as a result of an internal promotion.

Essential Functions and Competencies

*Solid understanding of and and ability to use continuous improvement tools *Effective analytical , planning and organizational skills *Effective negotiation, presentation and problem solving skills *Solid financial understanding, risk analysis ability, relationship building and project management skills *10+ years in electronics manufacturing, preferably in a Contract Manufacturing environment

Qualifications / Education / Experience

*Oversee and direct a highly competent staff ensuring that supplier and customer product quality levels are at the highest level of acceptance *Be the primary customer interface at the front-end of business development, through negotiations and the full product life *Be the senior quality interface with Corporate and the other Divisions in the development and implementation of improvement initiatives as well as the representation of the Division's interests and concerns *Understand customer expectations and supplier capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve yields and product build efficiency through the leadership of the Quality Engineering staff *Oversee the continuing development and maintenance of the Quality Management System with accompanying data collection, reporting and feedback network that is certifiable under the various registrations *Oversee the coordination of new product introductions with Manufacturing; develop quality targets for new processes by reviewing contracts, determining the contractual requirements and clarifying interpretations when required; develop quality indicator measurements early in the program *Oversee critical product components and through staff, coordinate supplier quality requirements *Disseminate quality requirements to all groups involved in order to ensure that the delivered products meet contractual requirements *Drive the resolution of corrective actions on in-house and field product quality programs *Support the Quality Process Audit program

*10+ years experience in Quality Systems/Engineering; Black Belt preferred *8+ years in a leadership role in a medium to large Division *Fluent in the various measurement and analytical models- FMEA\Quality Engineering\Quality Assurance\Quality Control\Design of Experiments\root cause analysis\yield\Pareto\DPMO\DPU\FPY\RTPY\Return Rate\5 Whys\Fishbones\Process Maps\Cause and Effect

*4 year Engineering or Technical degree preferred
