The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Human Resources Business Partner for Research. This role is pivotal in driving human capital initiatives that align with the mission and strategic direction of the research community. The successful candidate will lead activities related to employee engagement, workforce development, and performance management, and will be a trusted advisor to research leadership on people and organizational issues. Key responsibilities include contributing to the development of people strategies, coaching leaders on change management, and ensuring the unique needs of the research community are met in HR programs and services. Applicants for the Executive Director, HR Business Partner for Research position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and more than 10 years' of related work experience. A minimum of 5 years in HR generalist roles and 5-8 years' in a supervisory/management capacity is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in a research academic environment, experience with change management, and a proven track record of leading HR functions in a complex, multi-site system. Required qualifications include a deep knowledge of HR policies, practices, and relevant laws, as well as experience with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
