Job Description

Our customer, a Global Technology company is looking for an Executive Desktop Support technician. Candidates for this role should have experience with the following:
Highly Polished
Very technical
Windows 7,10, cell phones, video conferences
- iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Surface Pro's
- Executives pick the products they want to use
- Imaging process -building off a USB stick - automation in place through SCCM
- Travel is usually limited but always a possibility
- Standard business hours -730 - 4, 830 -530, 9-6
- Working directly with the CIO
- Intune on the phone, androids, PC's build, fix things on the fly,
- IT Hub - Looking to make a walk up bar - almost like an apple store
- General hours are 9-5



1. Windows 7 and Windows 10 - moving into 10

Mac and how to build Mac's - they are going to be creating a Mac Image (version of Mac- Ideally someone with the latest version
o Strong background/experience providing technical support to Director/C Level Leadership, white glove type support
o Strong PC, network technical skills
o Strong mobile device support skills
o Ability to triage and resolve PC OS and HW issues
o Excellent remote troubleshooting and resolution skills
o Ability to identify and resolve PC, printer, etc. issues
o Experience with desktop sharing tools
o Strong background imaging/re-imaging end user devices
o Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
o Excellent Win 7 and 10 support skills
o Experience with teleconference setup and support
o Excellent follow up skills
o Schedule flexibility
o Ability to be on call 7x24
o Ability to create and update support documentation
o ServiceNow experience a plus but not required


** Excellent customer Service skills are needed for this role. There is an executive officer sitting at this location and it is crucial to have the best support possible. This may include some after hours assistance.
