Job Description

Kelly Services is recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant for The Hershey Company. In this role you will provide support to 3 senior IS leadership team members by managing meeting schedules, answering phone calls, providing meeting support, conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. Additional job responsibilities included: •Make appointments and meeting arrangements electronically or via phone •Keep calendars updated •Meeting arrangement to include scheduling with all parties, room reservations, luncheon arrangements •Arrange off-site meetings and on occasion large off-site meetings/conferences •Make domestic and international travel arrangements •Renew passports and VISAs as needed •Answers telephone, screens and redirect calls and take messages •Answer routine questions concerning schedules to staff, department work, status of projects and other inquires •Independently responds to more complex inquiries by seeking answers with appropriate sources and returns call to party • Preparing agendas and meeting content, meeting minutes, detailed itineraries, variance reports and monthly reports •Manages files and filing system in Sharepoint, Teams, and other approved document storage •Manages postal and inter-company mail •Ordering supplies •Maintaining records management systems •Preparing invoices •Reports, memos, letters and other documents •Filing and retrieving documents
