The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the financial industry with a strong knowledge of Broker Dealer or payments operations and reconciliation.
As a Treasury-Operations Associate, you will be responsible for conducting various daily cash management funding and settlement-related activities. This will include analyzing cash management processes and recommending solutions to management, as well as daily reconciliation of customer, bank, and clearing balances.
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for internal Business Units to address and resolve cash management-related inquiries and issues from both internal stakeholders and external counterparts. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the firm has adequate liquidity and capital to support business needs.
You will also manage the Broker Dealer Treasury function and ensure compliance with the Firm's internal risk and compliance requirements, controls, and procedures. This will include conducting liquidity stress testing to calibrate liquidity buffers and tracking upcoming cash needs for settlements.
