Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in Rye Brook, New York (NY) would like to add a French speaking, Customer Support Specialist to their growing team. This person will be responsible for:
  • Providing customer service through email, telephone, and live chat
  • Following up with customers
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and live chat questions as needed
  • Receiving and processing sales orders and service requests

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • French speaking person who can write French as well (Canadian French is preferred, but not required)
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Knowledge of social media and live chat is a plus
  • Ability to work well on a team
  • Flexibility working Canadian holidays and to 7pm on Fridays
