A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You'll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC's brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

The Digital Marketing & Sales Experience Community of Excellence is a global team, accountable for enhancing our customer experience in the digital space. It also leads enhancements and innovations of the existing marketing & sales technologies and leads the drive to deliver platform expansion as determined by future investments.

This position will be part of a team of specialists focused on enabling adoption of Salesforce features and functions across the global network.

**Minimum Years of Experience** :

2 year(s) working in a communications or training role, preferably in a B2B environment

**Preferred Qualifications** :

**Preferred Knowledge/Skills** :

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:

+ Leveraging core change management skills, ideally in a professional services environment;

+ Developing a communication and engagement plan informed by an assessment of impacted and influential stakeholders;

+ Developing clear, concise communications tailored for different stakeholder groups and communication channels;

+ Developing of key messages in line with strategic priorities to inform the change narrative;

+ Developing platform learning portfolio (e.g. Playbooks);

+ Developing training approach and content to enable users to use new features and functions;

+ Supporting the development of key metrics to measure effectiveness of change interventions;

+ Knowledge of digital learning platforms (e.g. Walkme) and technology environments to support an in-app learning experience;

+ Supporting the measurement of change intervention effectiveness and analyzing outputs to inform planning for future releases;

+ Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;

+ Able to work across, prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks at once;

+ Building and managing relationships across other marketing functions and the business;

+ Understanding of marketing and sales capabilities, including sales, marketing, brand and integrated content in a B2B context;

+ Using instructional design skills and an understanding of best practice learning principles;

+ Using cloud based platforms in the context of sales and marketing, Salesforce is an advantage; and

+ Using data analysis skills for monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of change interventions.
