Job Title: Front End Developer

Reports to: Director of Software Development

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio region

Summary: Smart Data is partnered with a local Cincinnati Region client who is in need of a direct hire Front End Developer. As a full stack developer with our client, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of working experience in a fast-paced environment with technologies such as .Net, C# and React. The right person must recommend, own, and implement technology practices to develop in-house best in class applications. Design and coordinate integration between different kinds of software. The candidate in this position must have the personality of taking ownership of projects, is a self-starter, has a passion for new technology and thrives on learning new things.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Core Strengths

• Any front-end SPA framework
• C# .Net with preference for Core thru v5
• ASP .Net
• REST design

Competency Required

• EntityFramework
• Any decent ANSI SQL knowledge is good enough
• Windows and Linux

Nice to Have

• CI/CD familiarity
• Containerization like Docker and Kubernetes
• Any familiarity with Python, but extra stars for familiarity with data science packages

Preferred education requirements:

• Bachelors Degree, but flexible depending on experience and previous education
