EBO (Mask Reticle) Manufacturing Technician.

\n\n

Volt is seeking an EBO/ Reticle Mask Technician. This is an excellent Direct Hire opportunity with a leading Semiconductor Company in Sunny Phoenix, AZ.

\n\n

The EBO Manufacturing Department is responsible for monitoring mask manufacturing and repair process, process analysis, and collaborative solutions.

\n\n

Position Responsibilities:

\n\n

Work onsite in the clean room environment under yellow light on 12-hour shifts in a 3-day or 4-day work week.

\n\n

\n\t
* Able to work in a cleanroom environment, gowning up in cleanroom PPE suit
\n\t
* Spend the majority of time on the factory floor working on the tools.
\n\t
* Utilize technical aptitude, process analysis, issue escalation, monitor processing times, and work in collaborative team environment
\n\t
* We are an automated process that utilizes our training, SOP procedures, and structured workflows
\n\t
* Learn the mask manufacturing and repair process and stay informed of procedural changes.
\n\t
* Monitor integrated systems to ensure proper functioning of automated tools.
\n\t
* Responding to error messages of factory systems and/or tools.
\n\t
* Assist in executing department daily functions, including data collection & analysis.
\n\t
* Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentation.
\n\t
* Training for these positions take 6-12 months to learn which include OJT, SOP, and Trainer led lessons
\n

Minimum Qualifications:

\n\n

\n\t
* Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
\n\t
* High school Diploma or GED required
\n\t
* AAS Degree, or Technical Certificate preferred, but not required
\n\t
* 2 to 12 years of experience of working in a team environment with a common goal
\n\t
* Some work experience and/or experience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred, but not required.
\n\t
* Fundamental Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word and computer skills.
\n

\n\n

Pay rate for this is $25.00/hr. DOE
