Litigation Attorney- Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex litigation matters, including trial preparation and/or direct trial experience, and be equally adept at navigating disputes. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex cases, collaborate with a team of talented attorneys, and develop professionally in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in various matters such as employment, general liability, breach of contract, personal injury etc.
- Develop case strategies and provide clients with clear, practical advice tailored to their business objectives.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Appear in court and advocate effectively during hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials or assist in trial preparation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of legal representation.
Qualifications:
- 2 Years experience preferred in general litigation matters
- Trial preparation and / or direct trial experience.
- Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed in CA in good standing.
