IT Technical Support Analyst

RIT Solutions Inc/ Tech Dev IT/ Texperts Inc/ConceptsIT, Inc. New York, NY Full Time

Title: IT Technical Support Analyst
Rate-$50/hr on C2C
Visa-USC/GC
Duration-6+ Months
Location-100% remote
 
 
Responsibility:

  • Administer IT infrastructure including End Point Security, Virus Protection, Active Directory, Group Policy Administration, Email Administration
  • Perform data backups
  • Monitor Server and Applications
  • Administer VMWare infrastructure
  • Performing hardware and application upgrades
  • Install, configure, and implement IT infrastructure
  • Database setups and performance tuning
  • Assist with design, implementation and support of new software and features
  • Respond to IT issues, hardware maintenance, OS patching and application patching
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an IT Professional
  • 5+ years of experience with database maintenance specifically in SQL and Oracle
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and configuring Windows and Linux OS
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in VMWare
  • Experience working with network and server management support
  • Experience with supporting various size projects and meeting timelines
  • Ability to multitask, and adapt to a variety of support environments and assignments
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
