About the Job

This position is perfectly suited to personable, high achieving, seasoned professionals. This data-centric marketing role owns the day-to-day relationship with our customers and is accountable for delivering best-in-class experience. This exciting opportunity encompasses project management, relationship management, and strategic program design. You will work with top brands and have an impact in driving program strategy and ultimately help define industry trends.


Primary Objectives of the Account Manager Position

  • Create, implement and monitor strategic account plans to ensure client goals are met
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client program leads, executives, and other influencers
  • Lead and assist team with concept, design and implementation of annual promotional plans and marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and improve retention
  • Monitor and interpret program data to identify growth opportunities and to ensure program KPI’s are met
  • Lead design discussions with clients to understand business needs and program enhancements and translate into technical requirements documents
  • Assist with writing site copy, collateral and program emails
  • Oversee and assist with budget management, project quotes, and proposals for new programs
  • Create and present program reviews, prepare contract renewals


Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in account management, consulting, or customer success related field
  • Proven ability to be an innovative, creative, proactive, and self-directed team player who works in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Mastery level Excel and strong PowerPoint skills – experienced MS Office user
  • Experienced delivering multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent organizational, time management planning skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strategic and tactical marketing experience
  • Experience managing staff and leading a team
