Position Summary:

We are looking for motivated professionals to join our cutting edge team to support tasks to improve healthcare quality and safety, improve patient care, and engage patients and their families in their healthcare.

As an Intern you will have the opportunity to work on real-time and meaningful projects, develop your technical skills, collaborate and network with various teams, and receive mentorship. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Learn basic functional areas within assigned department
• Participate in key department project work
• Understand UHS’s business model and how department functions as part of the business
• Participate in department meetings to learn ongoing initiatives

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a related degree from accredited college or university
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications 
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Desire to learn and share ideas in a collaborative work environment
