Services for the UnderServed (SUS) is a New York-based nonprofit organization that provides housing and support services to 25,000 individuals and their families living in New York City and Long Island. SUS believes every New Yorker has the right to lead a life of purpose.

We are look for passionate Residential Aides to work in in our shelter programs, providing services that include: driving program vehicle to drop off and pick up shelter residents, assist with security of the facility and the nightly count. The Residential Aide is also responsible for coordinating client move outs, transfers and curfew violators.

- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in a large residential/institutional setting with a special needs population is required.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.
- NYS Driver’s License preferred.
