Overview Stryten Manufacturing builds batteries. Batteries that power your world. From cars, trucks and boats to forklifts, railway, and UPS systems, Stryten batteries offer endurance and reliability. You will manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues while providing world class customer engagements. Two remote/home-based positions, one role is needed to support our customers on the west coast/pacific time zone. Shift times, 10pm-7am ET and 1-10pm ET.  Responsibilities

  • Ability to provide World Class Customer Engagements
  • Ensure every Customer feels great about every interaction
  • Manage and resolve all Customer inquiries and issues
  • Comfortable interacting with Sr. Management, Branch Operations, Manufacturing and Finance
  • Energized by a fast pace environment and enjoys change
  • Enter purchase orders
  • Provide consolidated billing and supporting documentation to customers
  • Provide written correspondence to Customers
  • Maintain warranty files and submit warranty claims on a timely basis
  • Gain understanding of various sales and marketing programs
  • Working knowledge of the Battery industry including Material Handling applications preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn new & use software tools like, JDE, MS Office
  • Other tasks or projects assigned as needed

  • Ability to work 3rd, 2nd or 1st shifts depending on business need
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of accuracy required
  • Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail minded
  • Self-motivated team-player in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability multi-task
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to perform basic customer support functions
  • Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and JD Edwards ERP system preferred
  • College graduate or equivalent education and progressive call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English or French Canadian/English) preferred

  • Phone Support, Order Entry, Order inquiry, Order changes, Warranty claims, Bill To / Ship To Set Up
