Overview Stryten Manufacturing builds batteries. Batteries that power your world. From cars, trucks and boats to forklifts, railway, and UPS systems, Stryten batteries offer endurance and reliability. This remote/home-based position is needed to support our customers on the west coast/pacific time zone.  You will manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues while providing world class customer engagements. Responsibilities

  • Ability to provide World Class Customer Engagements
  • Ensure every Customer feels great about every interaction
  • Manage and resolve all Customer inquiries and issues
  • Comfortable interacting with Sr. Management, Branch Operations, Manufacturing and Finance
  • Energized by a fast pace environment and enjoys change
  • Enter purchase orders
  • Provide consolidated billing and supporting documentation to customers
  • Provide written correspondence to Customers
  • Maintain warranty files and submit warranty claims on a timely basis
  • Gain understanding of various sales and marketing programs
  • Working knowledge of the Battery industry including Material Handling applications preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn new & use software tools like Salesforce.com, JDE, MS Office
  • Other tasks or projects assigned as needed
Qualifications

  • Ability to work 3rd, 2nd or 1st shifts depending on business need
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of accuracy required
  • Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail minded
  • Self-motivated team-player in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability multi-task
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to perform basic customer support functions
  • Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com and JD Edwards ERP system preferred
  • College graduate or equivalent education and progressive call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English or French Canadian/English) preferred

  • Phone Support, Order Entry, Order inquiry, Order changes, Warranty claims, Bill To / Ship To Set Up
