Job Description
Do you want to be a valued member of a team who plays a critical role in providing excellent care to patients in a surgical setting? If so, consider joining our team as a Supervisor in our Surgery Department at Willow Creek Women's Hospital Key responsibilities of this role include: Plans, directs, and evaluates the overall nursing care and functions in a particular nursing unit or during an assigned shift. Coordinates the activities of the unit and directs, organizes, and assigns work to the nursing staff. Assesses, monitors, and educates the nursing staff on patient care. Institutes emergency procedures as necessary. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the surgical department.

Key qualifications to be considered for this include:
* License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas
* Requires a Current BLS and ACLS or acquired within 90 days of start of employment
* 3-5 years of surgical experience
