We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, Administrative Assistant who can contribute their skills and talents to bring success to one of our Fortune 500 companies! If you enjoy supporting a team of detail oriented staff through support and project coordination, this may be the job for you. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Provide complex support and project coordination for the department lead, managers, and staff members to include the following. - Answering phones, screening calls and taking detailed messages to route to the appropriate members of staff. - Greet visitors and outside vendors. - Monitor and/or respond to routine email inquiries for members of staff. - Manage multiple calendars, schedules, and plan meetings. - Arrange special events which require coordination and a strong understanding of event planning. - Make travel arrangements for the department lead and members of staff. - Coordinate project proposals and recommends updates to documented procedures. For immediate consideration please send your most current resume to Top Daily Responsibilities: - Maintain workflow processes. - Implement accreditation criteria. - Maintain, request, and process documentation. - Record management from clients in a timely manner. - Collect and compile data. - Support department meetings. - Support implementation of regional initiatives and activities. - Manage multiple inboxes. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a collaborative team environment.

Job Requirements

Required Skills: - Experience working with database management systems and software applications. - Advanced skills with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, databases, internet, and e-mail, specifically calendar scheduling. - Experience planning and coordinating activities in a high volume environment simultaneously. - Exceptional customer service skills ideally with physician clients. Additional Skills Preferred: - Ability to multitask and prioritize. - Experience in Continuing Medical Education. - Development of evaluations/feedback tools. - Ability to analyze data.
