Associate Attorney - Leadership and Firm Management Path

This isn’t your typical associate position. We are offering a long-term path to firm leadership for the right candidate. You would:
- Collaborate with a senior attorney on high-asset and income cases and on complex, sophisticated parenting plan cases.
- Gain direct exposure to firm management, learning everything from operational strategies to business development.
- Take on increasing responsibilities in running the firm, contributing to its growth and strategic vision.
We are searching for a dynamic attorney who:
- Has 4-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
- Is passionate about practicing family law while also eager to learn the business side of running a law firm.
- Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and leadership potential.
- Has a long-term vision for growing within the firm and contributing to its success.

Our firm is a boutique family law practice led by a Board-Certified Attorney and Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. We offer a unique mentorship program designed to attract better quality clients and prepare you for firm management and leadership over the next 5-10 years. Here’s what you can expect:
- Mentorship: Work directly with a senior attorney on complex family law cases and receive hands-on guidance in client relations, business development, and law practice management.
- Leadership Path: Learn the ins and outs of managing a boutique law firm, including financial oversight, personnel management, and long-term strategic planning.
