Job Title:Testing Coordinator

Description:

CTG is looking for an Epic Test Coordinator who will focus on application testing, ancillary systems, and devices that may interact with Epic EHR and other related software. This role will coordinate end-to-end testing, which includes: Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing. Responsible for coordinating multiple testing sessions, gathering business requirements, test scripts, and developing and updating structured documentation. This role will not require any Epic certification but does need someone with Epic testing experience. The successful candidate will facilitate meetings as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Will work with Testing Manager to build strong test foundation and processes

• Test Coordination of the EPIC EHR system including the development and maintenance of test scripts

• Test planning and coordination with third-party systems and outside organizations

• Execute tests scripts and review results to ensure the business requirements and goals are met

• Defect management including facilitating defect triage meetings

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the completion of the testing deliverables according to project timeline

• Performs other duties as assigned

After an initial Knowledge Transfer period of 2 to 4 weeks at the client site, work will be performed primarily in a remote model with periodic trips to the client site as needed.

Skills Required:

• Meet aggressive deadlines and handle complex projects

• Able to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload

• Can work with interdisciplinary business units

• Detail oriented, skilled in the Microsoft Office suite, excellent communication skills, both oral and written, able to work under tight time frames, multi-task, prioritize and complete duties in a timely manner.

• Good reasoning capabilities

• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple environments and architectures, diverse technologies and lab environments

• Consider “QA” as a holistic enabling service provider, not a last stop gate

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Prior working experience in Healthcare Provider is a plus

Minimum Education:

Bachelors degree required preferably in Information Systems or Healthcare Administration. May substitute required education with equivalent years of additional experience beyond the minimum experience requirement.

Minimum Experience:

Three (3) years of experience in a health care related field required. Previous experience with Epic testing preferred.
