Production/Warehouse Team Member

Derived Salary: Up to $18/Hour

HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a leading manufacturing company to fill multiple Warehouse/Production Associate positions. These roles offer immediate opportunities to start, provide on-the-job training, and offer growth potential within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position: Warehouse/Production Associate
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: East Mesa, Arizona (85215)
Pay Rate:

  • $18/hr + $1.50 differential for any overnight shift (2nd/3rd)

Shift Schedules:

  • 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and fabricate company products, which may involve operating automated manufacturing machinery in a team-based environment.
  • Set up and run equipment by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Process Specifications (PS).
  • Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve processes and workflow efficiency.
  • Keep the workspace tidy and organized, adhering strictly to safety standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet company and departmental targets.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding attendance and timeliness.
  • Properly manage and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated during the manufacturing process.
  • Assist in training new employees as needed to help them get up to speed on tasks and processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of consecutive work history (no more than 3 jobs in the past 2 years).
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, or carpentry preferred.
  • Ability to work with small parts and possess basic math skills.
  • Forklift experience and basic computer skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience working night shifts required for overnight roles.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English at a functional level for job communication.
  • Reliable transportation and strong punctuality required.
  • Able to pass a drug test and have no felony convictions.
