Responsibilities:
• Customer Service
• Ensure service agreement with clients are met.
• Manage the engineering, production, estimation, and shipping processes.
• Be able to work with various department across the corporation.
• Ensure accuracy of customer orders, timelines and prices.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in signage industry
• 5 years Project Management experience
• Knowledge and working experience in signage industry
• Customer service experience
