Job Description

We are currently searching for dynamic Customer Service Representatives in OKC! Position Features: * Normal Business Hours * NO WEEKENDS! NO SALES! * Fast Paced Work Environment * Pay: $10.79/hr. (pay increase after going permanent)

If you have experience working as a Customer Service Professional and are a self-motivated, multi-tasker who thinks providing excellent customer service is critical in all aspects of business then this is the position for you! Duties may include: ? Responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries ? Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and utilize search tools to find information. ? Demonstrated ability to listen, elicit information efficiently, comprehend and resolve complex customer issues. ? Attention to detail and follows all required scripts and disclosures verbatim and carefully and quickly records all relevant data necessary. ? Maintain a consistent attendance record and positive, courteous attitude.

Requirements/Qualifications: ? At least 1 year of recent customer service experience ? Previous call center experience preferred ? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent ? Must sound professional over the phone ? Strengths in attention to detail, ability to listen and focus, and multi-tasking.
