Belvoir, VA Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility Ability to work remotely: No Job Summary Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to be a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART) that supports the Corporate Business Information Systems (CBIS) contract. The NGA's Business Enterprise Service Division (TFB) is responsible for supporting corporate business information systems and applications that service the agency over a broad range of business functions. The intent of the Corporate Business Information Systems (CBIS) contract is to centralize agile operations (DevOps), adaptive maintenance, and enhancements to existing and new/future applications managed by the TFB division. Centralizing TFB's corporate business systems and application operations will allow a standard repeatable configuration management process across the Agency. Duties and Responsibilities * Support and facilitate the ART events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. * communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement. Skills / Qualifications * 3 years of experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master. * Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences/Information Technology, or 2 additional years of experience without a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences/Information Technology. * At least one year of experience as a RTE supporting enterprise COTS applications. * Desired: Certified in ITIL v3 and/or SAFe Release Train Engineer. * Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook skills. * Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
