Staffmark has partnered with a well-established company located in Mason to recruit a talented Administrative Assistant! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a fast-growing company. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Administrative capacity. Candidates should be proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Coordinates customer requirements to include order entry, shipping, inventory management, and filing
Conduct follow up with internal team/external customers as necessary
Maintain constant communication via phone calls, email, and fax with all parties both internally and externally
Monitor daily reports of customer inventories and process stock replenishment requests
