Sr. Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst in Call Center PMO is responsible to elicit and document business requirements for Call Center business and technology initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to translate the business needs into the requirements, in line with business process and Salesforce capabilities (specifically with Service Cloud)

•Elicit and document user stories and business requirements for  assigned projects

•Experience in business process mapping using Visio or Blueworks Live for assigned projects

•Ability to serve as a liaison between the Business Stakeholders and the IT Stakeholders to assist with technical solutions definition

•Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodology for Project Management

•Develop, document and facilitate User Acceptance Testing to ensure fulfillment of requirements and successful project implementation

•Attention to detail when analyzing and interpreting business process and functions

•Ability to manage project timeline, identify risks/issues, manage stakeholder expectations and share project status updates with Management

•Experience with JIRA for requirements and UAT management

•Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite

•Flexible and organized to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities

•Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills

•Able to work both independently and as part of a team

•Able to follow standard processes, templates and procedures as defined by PMO

•Willingness to learn new systems, software and skills

•Build positive relationships with Business and IT Stakeholders at all levels

Nice to have:

•Business Process Modeling using Blueworks Live

•Mortgage industry knowledge

•Knowledge of Marketing and Servicing Cloud in Salesforce

Position Requirements:

Education and/or Experience:

•Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University (preferably in Computer Science)

•5-7 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

•Eligible to work without visa sponsorship
