Performs other duties as assigned by Department Managers

Monitor issues to ensure resolution in a timely fashion
Research and resolve discrepancy issues
Investigate, formulate and resolve solutions to issues
Keep management informed of all escalating issues
Weekly updates to Department Manager/s
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills in terms of speaking and writing.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Computer experience, preferably with all Microsoft applications is required.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and attention to detail

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior warehouse experience or clerical duties is preferred, but not required.
One to three years related experience and/or training; or some equivalent combination of education and experience.
