Responsibilities:
Essential Functions of Position: •Preparation and organization of meetings - including room/zoom/google meet scheduling, equipment set-up, compiling of agenda items, documentation and dissemination of minutes •Serve as the primary editor of the MH services portal on the internal agency website •Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports •Provide administrative support to the VP in all aspects for day-to-day operations •Manage and oversee use of MH services credit cards by agency staff, ensure proper documentation is maintained at all times •Manage payroll for senior and centralized Mental Health Services personnel •Short and long-term special projects as needed •Assist with Quality Management projects •Represent MH services to internal departments and external stakeholders •All other duties as assigned by the VP

Qualifications:

•BA/BS •Strong Organizational Skills •Strong Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google Documents. •Excellent written and oral communication skills. •Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. •Professional writing and editing skills. •Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly. •Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
