A new opportunity as the night shift Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse has recently become available at this growing non-profit hospital in New Jersey. This highly reputable community hospital is looking for some local nurses to join this compassionate team of critical care unit nurses!

This respectable medical center has been a pillar of the community for more than a century, and boasts a wide range of services including critical care, emergency, surgical, and rehabilitation services to name a few. This community driven non-profit hospital in New Jersey is currently undergoing planned expansions of their facilities, so it is an exciting time to join the team! The hospital is currently over 100 beds and growing.

Reporting to the Critical Care Manager, the ICU Critical Care Nurse works with Nurse Directors, Nurse Managers, and staff to provide professional nursing care in the ongoing assessment, planning, and treatment of patients and families. The ICU RN will also exhibit good judgment, competency, and decision making for quality patient care and medication administration. The ideal Critical Care Unit RN will have recent critical care experience working in an acute care hospital.

The Critical Care CCU Nurse is responsible for utilizing hospital resources wisely while promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being in accordance with the philosophies and standards for the hospital. Also, the CCU RN will use critical thinking to ensure overall quality of care to patients and families to establish a partnership of culture, care, and safety. The ICU RN will also be a patient advocate and provide quality of care to patients.

This beautiful hospital is located directly off the major highway making it easily accessible for those travelling to work, while being close to local amenities such as restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful New Jersey Coast.
