The Role

As a Solutions Consultant at EDITED, you will partner with Sales Executives to deliver impactful product demonstrations and craft tailored solutions to align with client needs. Collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you’ll play a vital role in showcasing the value of our platform. You’ll do this by shaping product development, enhancing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring a successful handover to Customer Success.



Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue: Partner with Sales to deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase value and drive deals.
  • Ensure client success: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Business Development, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand client needs, craft tailored solutions, and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding: Actively participate in client onboarding, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Contribute to product innovation: Provide feedback and insights to the Product team.
  • Develop compelling messaging: Assist Product Marketing in developing compelling messaging and delivering engaging product demonstrations.
  • Enable customer success: Support the Customer Success and Enablement team with best-practice demonstration outlines and methodology.
  • Empower sales teams: Help to onboard new Sales Executives by providing training on products and internal systems.


Requirements:

  • Experience or Enthusiasm for the Retail Industry: A strong interest in the retail sector, ideally supported by experience working within a retail head office environment.
  • Technical Acumen: Two or more years in a technical role with the ability to come up-to-speed on technologies quickly.
  • Pre-sales and collaboration expertise: Proven ability to deliver tailored product demos and support cross-functional sales deals.
  • Communication & presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value to diverse audiences.
  • Commercial insight: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align client needs with platform capabilities, setting realistic expectations.
  • Customer-centric approach: Passionate about customer success and ROI.
  • Feedback forward: Generous with feedback and receptive to feedback with an eagerness to learn.
  • Data-driven decision-making & Proactive problem-solving: Analytical thinker who uses data to inform decisions and can anticipate challenges to find solutions.
  • Adaptability and Results-driven: Ability to respond to evolving market demands with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
