This Retail Sales Representative would be responsible for providing customers in the most reliable, responsive, and highest quality service in our industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet Customers on the showroom floor and assist them in locating material.
• Answer questions about materials and pricing - provide customers with product brochures and catalogs as needed.
• Assist with store area clean up - keeping your designated areas and store fully stocked with clean, marked, sellable products.
• Be proactive when ordering material. Passing on information to proper personnel to assure inventory control throughout the store.
• Be knowledgeable in company's stocked and surplus products, alloys, sizes, and types.
• Utilize a computer to interpret various screens, pricing, inventory, customer information, and proper part numbers.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer, quality, and results orientation
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to utilize a micrometer, caliper, tape measure
• Must be comfortable utilizing Microsoft programs Outlook, Word, and Excel
