The Equipment Finance Account Services Representative is responsible for responding to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding Equipment Finance lease and loan transactions. Duties include: Calculation of moderate to complex buyout requests, handling difficult problems for customers by communicating with other departments and leveraging resources to resolve issues. Handling the customer from inception to resolution with limited assistance from management. Performs administration of titles and other general information.
