About the job:
The scheduler IIfunctions as a liaison between the physicians, patients, office and hospital testing staff in scheduling patient office visits and testing.
What you will Do:
* Communicates pertinent clinical/scheduling information to the physicians, office staff and patients.
* Coordinates multiple test, procedures and physicians when scheduling cases as well as completes pre-procedure task.
* Schedules procedures and surgeries following approved Medical Group, hospital and Patient Care Services policies and procedures and educates patients on preparation instructions.
What we are looking for:
* High School diploma or GED
* Minimum of one year experience working with scheduling or hospital units
