Scope of Work
IT Support Specialist I provides support for low complexity applications. Creates and develops software solutions to application errors reported. Escalates unresolved issues to proper personnel. Bachelors Degree or equivalent. 1-2 years related work experience in an IT support role.
The client is looking for a well-rounded IT candidate to fill a production application support role. Expectation is that each production support team member has a deep understanding of each applications functionality/flows, logs, database tables, connection pools and configurations. The job entails monitoring and proactively identifying potential issues on the applications, troubleshooting production issues, root cause, application admini
stration, automation scripting, scripting monitoring/alarming, error handling, reporting, and running maintenance events. This is a production support job so some nights and weekends on-call will be required.
