We are looking for a long-term leader able to work with many different personalities. The
Sales Manager will be primarily focused on growing the company by recruiting, managing
office staff, and with building strong consultative relationships with the top clients in the
office. The Sales Manager will be excellent at casting the company’s vision and leading their
team towards that vision while managing the achievement of critical milestones along the
path to success. The successful Sales Manager will have high capacity in interpersonal
relationships and will be an inspirational and effective oral and written communicator.
The Sales Manager is a senior role within will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and retaining high-performing clients
- Conducting daily prospecting calls
- Scheduling appointments with potential recruiter
- Offering leadership, support, and guidance to our clients
- Ensuring timely response to clients' inquiries
- Addressing all calls and emails on the same day
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients
- Actively participate in company-wide activities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships
- Perform other duties assigned
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
