The Human Resource Director position requires a willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure the day-to-day HR operations of the department are fully compliant and sound while also having the proven ability to function at a strategic level. The ideal candidate would be agile in moving from tactical to strategic at any given time.

::We are looking for the following qualifications to take our HR department to the next level.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in human resources, three (3) years management experience required, and five (5) years of healthcare preferred.
Certification: Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Professional Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
