FMS Case Management Primary Responsibilities include: * Support financial analysis for Navy FMS cases * Maintain proficiency in Navy Systems: Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS), Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL), NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) * Organize FMS Case Task Planning for Fiscal Year requirements * Track the development and execution of FMS budgets and funding documents (including Obligational Authority (OA) Worksheets, Work Requests and Procurement Requests) * Assist with the development of briefings as necessary for program, fleet and other reviews. * Run/analyze reports and recommend resolution for discrepancies. * Analyze, resolve, and track end-user issues and problems. * Develop recommendations and alternatives to potential solutions to limit impacts. * Assess business process recurring errors and locate root causes. * Prepare written presentations and reports to management, team members, and user community to propose solutions to problems and resolve technical issues. * Communicate complex information, concepts and ideas to a wide range audience in an accurate, comprehensive manner. The FMS Case Management shall provide professional consulting services to support the Navy PEO-IWS Site Implementation Lead related to administration and management of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. The financial analyst provides support for financial and FMS management processes. The candidate works directly with PEO-IWS government personnel to analyze and troubleshoot FMS case management issues. The candidate will support tracking of commitments, obligations, and expenditures across the PEO IWS FMS portfolio. The analyst provides end-user support as well as technical guidance for the financial modules and the associated FMS business processes. Location: * Washington Navy Yard area (40% on site, 60% remote) Travel: * 10% of the year Clearance: * Secret Clearance; candidates must have or, be able to obtain interim secret clearance due to a favorable review of the investigative questionnaire and fingerprint results. All applicants must pass a background check where their citizenship status will be confirmed. * A minimum of two years of experience in FMS case management. * BA/BS degree; OR an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree. * Prior Navy DoD experience is desired.
