Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Total Rewards Leader, the Total Rewards Manager will serve as a business partner and consultant to the Danaher Life Sciences Platform. This is a fully remote role in the US, that will provide effective and efficient global support, collaborating across the HR Function and business leaders across the operating companies.

Responsibilities:

* Develop strategic guidance to operating companies in the platform regarding various life cycle events to promote consistency across the platform. Compensation events supported include pay range reviews, merit planning, variable pay administration, and equity nomination and distribution processes
* Provide consultation and guidance to operating companies around consistency in the application of the Global Career and Reward Framework, including senior leadership positions
* Collaborate with analytics, operations, and company leaders. Determine gaps and recommend creative and collaborative solutions - implement, measure, and apply continuous improvement. Create repeatable analysis packages
* Advise leaders in various operating companies regarding compensation matters such as market pricing, pay adjustments, and recruiting. Actively search for opportunities and risks; determine gaps and solutions
* Create and drive for metrics, measuring overall program effectiveness
* Actively contribute to developing and sharing best practices, policies, and standard work. Collaborate with Platform DBS Leader to develop strong DBS within the scope of work
* Participate in acquisition due diligence and integration
* Advise compensation and business leaders on employment-related law and internal policy to support compliance. Includes performing FLSA analyses and keeping up to date on regulatory as well as internal legal changes
* Support internal and external audits of compensation-related matters

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree with 9+ years' experience or, master's degree with 7+ years' experience
* Previous experience driving the annual compensation process either as a compensation analyst or HR business partner or finance/analytics experience is a strong plus
* High-level knowledge of Compensation practices and principles pay laws and regulations
* Can manage highly sensitive and confidential data in a professional mannerIntermediate to advanced skills in project management, program sustainment, and DBS. Continuous improvement mindset

Additional Skills:

* Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate to different audiences at various levels of the organization, globally, from Sr Leadership to Associates. Explain complex ideas quickly and efficiently
* Prior experience with a geographically dispersed workforce highly preferred
* Results -oriented - has a track record for taking ownership, accountability, and program sustainment, including metrics
* Great Teammate - recognizes the importance of relationship management and builds credibility through partnership, action, and results
* Customer Service oriented - high sense of urgency and professionalism. Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills. Possess strong project management skills
* Experience with Workday and One Model preferred. HR Generalist or consulting experience a plus

* The salary range for this role is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
* This job is also eligible for annual incentive pay.
