Outside Sales Representative

Come build an empire within our fine, progressive company. We are in the home improvement industry, but we do not hire backgrounds. We hire top producers. If you are average, you can earn $70,000 with us. If you’re a superstar, you can earn $200,000 plus. Young or old, if you have the stuff, we’ll know.

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home improvement and customer service, with a focus on generating appointments for our sales team.

1. Demonstrate, promote, and sell Rebuildit’s products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
2. Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
3. Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
4. Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
5. Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Rebuildit’s overall market opportunity.

1. 1-2 years experience selling a product or service.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3. Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
4. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
5. Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
6. Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
7. Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Workspace Suite.
