Advanced Recovery Systems is seeking a State Director of Outreach (Ohio) to join our fast-paced, high growth company. If you are a highly skilled Business Development professional we are looking for you.

The State Outreach Director’s primary responsibilities include managing the business development team, overseeing growth in identified geographical territories and conducting effective training sessions for new and existing team members. In addition, this position will require supervision of Regional and Community Outreach Director(s).

Responsibilities:
•Develop a thorough understanding of ARS programs and services to market ARS and train new
•hires across the state of Florida. Educate referral community on when it is appropriate to refer to ARS and overall efficacy of treatment programs.
•Work with VP of Business Development and others in developing and implementing a
comprehensive business development strategy to coincide with the overall marketing plan.
•Travel and train new and existing members of the business development team
•Assist with providing potential opportunities for ongoing development of sales training
manuals/portal and coordinate training with team members
•Monthly visits to each territory to create new relationships and strengthen existing account relationships
•Consistent supervision of outreach directors and team members
•Assist with prospecting new territories to determine viability of market
•Conduct quarterly reviews of supervised directors

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Minimum of five (5) years of business development/sales experience
•Minimum of 1--‐3 years of sales management experience
•Ability to work extended hours; Extensive travel opportunities; Deliver presentations effectively
