The Indiana University Foundation (IUF), in partnership with the Indiana University Alumni Association (IUAA) seeks a passionate, customer- centric help desk professional to serve as Help Desk Support Analyst, playing an important role in ensuring success for end users. The Help Desk Support Analyst reports to the Help Desk Manager, and responds to telephone calls, Help Desk Issues (FootPrints) and in-person requests for technical assistance. This includes general hardware/software computing setup and support to the Indiana University Foundation (IUF) and Indiana University Alumni Association (IUAA) staff as well as support to key alumni/donor systems to IUF, IUAA and IU staff. There will be occasional scheduled support for yearly board meetings and events that require travel.
Candidates must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills and demonstrate aptitude for organization, self-motivation and multi-tasking. This position will join a team of enthusiastic, customer service oriented professionals with a passion to serve and collaborate as a team.
High school diploma and 1 year of professional experience information technology related field required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Valid Driver’s License
Experience in Help Desk Ticketing Systems (Footprints)
Experience with Apple & Windows Operating Systems
Experience with Conference Room Technology (Crestron, Video Conferencing, Collaboration Software)
Experience with SCCM/JAMF Pro
