**What You'll Do:**

+ **Marketing Campaign Support**

+ Work closely with growth teams to support lead generation campaigns across multiple regions and products and ensure all our tools are talking to each other properly

+ Is the go-to resource for campaign set-up and back-end workflows needed to effectively launch and measure campaigns

+ **Marketing Process Optimization & Automation**

+ Define and continuously refine end-to-end campaign processes from the intake and planning to QA and CRM launch.

+ Drive database segmentation, lead management, lead scoring, and lead nurturing programs

+ Identify and document workflows, content, owners, deliverables, QA process and SLA across the campaign lifecycle

+ **Marketing Data & Analytics**

+ _Performance Measurement, Analytics, & Reporting:_ ROI calculations, building reports, metrics & KPIs, dashboards, funnel management, conversion tracking, analytics, insights to stakeholders necessary for high-performing campaigns

+ _Data Optimization & Governance:_ data strategy, management, standardization, hygiene, and governance

+ **Marketing Technology Infrastructure**

+ Support with existing marketing technology stack implementation and maintenance and support with various technology projects as needed.

+ In addition to owning and optimizing existing Martech, continuously stay educated on emerging technologies, and evaluate as needed to support business process and or pipeline improvement

+ Admin tasks for our marketing tools as needed

**Must Have's:**

+ 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Demand Generation/ABM, and/or Marketing Systems/Technology

+ Experience with Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and general Martech landscape

+ Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issues Data-driven, and a continued learner, researching new strategies and techniques to continuously improve your programs

+ Possess a strong technical expertise with an understanding of working with large data sets, multiple integrations, and tying it all together.

**Nice to Have's:**

+ Experience building marketing reports and dashboards, either in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Domo

+ Demonstrated ability and knowledge of data analysis and statistics including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, etc.

+ Experience with B2B SaaS landscape

+ Project Management experience

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

Minimum full-time salary range is between $70,000 - $80,000.
